The inaugural Gravity Festival UK, being held at The Station in Cannock on Saturday 19th October, is already heading towards being a sold-out event – much to the delight of the organisers, venues and bands that will make the celebration of Melodic Hard Rock such a special day. Headlined by 2017 WRC Best Support award winners Mason Hill, the Staffordshire venue will also see an air guitar competition and guest DJ sets between bands. Joining the Glaswegian headliners will be rising stars Dead Man’s Whiskey, Collateral (fresh from their cruise with Bon Jovi), The Burning Crows, Wicked Stone, 4th Labyrinth, Fugitive, Trident Waters, Mad Haven, Jesse’s Divide and False Hearts.

With the stage timings still to be announced, we continue our Ramblin' Man Fair countdown today with Elles Bailey again on the road she calls home as she appears alongside Beth Hart on the Blues stage this Sunday 21st July - a chance to experience her unique voice and amazing new material, in Elles’ natural habitat! Over the past three years, Elles has arrived on the scene and single-handily built an International following by constantly touring, and promoting herself and her blend of Blues and Country fuelled Americana. Bailey recently shared a new video for ‘Road I Call Home’ (today's Video Of The Day), the title track from her second album 'Road I Call Home', in support of her extended UK tour this coming November/December.

Today's latest Blues On The Radio Podcast Track Of The Day is an hour filled with music from Danny Bryant (pictured), Keb Mo, The Rumblestrutters, Sean Webster, Samantha Fish, The Allman Betts Band, Irene Rae, Beaux Gris Gris and Delbert McClinton. There's also a couple of tracks from The Lewis Hamilton Band ahead of their tour that kicks off tonight at The Tuesday Night Music Club, The Comrades Club, Coulsdon CR5 2NF.

Recorded and mixed in just three days at Ranscombe Studios in Rochester by Jim Riley (who remembers The Herbs?), the album perfectly captures the live essence of the band." We begin Maidstone's Ramblin' Man Fair countdown today with The Allman Betts Band who play the Outlaw Stage early evening this Saturday 20th July. The band released their debut album 'Down To The River' at the end of last month and their first single 'All Night' is today's Video Of The Day. They kicked off their world tour at the end of March and then went on to sell out twelve of their first eighteen shows on the first leg. The band is estimated to play around 200 shows during their world tour, and as part of their European leg, the band consisting of Devon Allman - guitar, vocals, Duane Betts - guitar, vocals, Berry Duane Oakley - bass, vocals, Johnny Stachela - guitar, vocals, John Ginty - keyboards, R Scott Bryan - percussion, vocals, and John Lum - drums, play two dates in the UK - Ramblin’ Man Fair plus London's Shepherd’s Bush Empire on Saturday 3rd August.

Lawrence Taylor's Video Of The Day, is another flawless live video, performing the track ‘Fight For Your Life’, taken from his brand new EP 'Poor Boy' – out now via Glassnote Records. After supporting Tears For Fears in Germany this weekend, Lawrence returns to London's Jigsaw Festival at Camden Assembly on Wednesday 7th August, where he will be performing with a full band line up alongside Weird Milk and Junodream. The Birmingham-born singer’s passion, pathos and accomplished songwriting creates an immediate connection with fans, who relate to his emotive honesty and raw vulnerability. His live performances are full of underlying Rock 'n' Roll spirit and alluring charm and has seen him share stages across the globe with the likes of Birdy, Zella Day and recently Hunter & The Bear.

Tonight the Post-Punk Club present four bands at Electrowerkz, 7 Torrens Street, First Floor, London EC1V 1NQ. Headliner's 1919 (Video Of The Day), as you would expect are a Post-Punk band from Bradford and an early contributor to what became the Goth genre, whilst Then Comes Silence play dark, bittersweet and otherworldly music from Stockholm. Meanwhile expect riffy guitars and big beats from Angelbomb, plus finally John & Michi's new band Azrael (ex-Riot in Paradise).

‘Citizen: In The Next Life’ (Video Of The Day), released today, is Billy Sherwood’s second release in the Citizen series, continuing a concept begun with ‘Citizen’ in 2015. For the first album in the series, Sherwood amassed an impressive list of guests that included the last recorded performance of original Yes bassist Chris Squire. This time around he developed the concept alone, with the resulting record once again displaying his exceptional storytelling skills as he takes his listeners on a fascinating musical ride through the centuries.

Tonight, Birdwood (Video Of The Day) are playing The Eel Pie Club, The Patch, 67 London Road, Twickenham TW1 3SZ. They are a thrillling all-star combination of three bands that played on Eel Pie Island in the 1960's - The Birds featuring vocalist Ali Mackenzie (which in the 1960's featured Ronnie Wood on guitar), guitarist Derek Griffiths of The Artwoods (which featured Art Wood on vocals) and Keith Grant of The Downliners Sect on bass. Mark Freeman (Rollin' Stoned, Downliners Sect and Art Wood All-Stars) is on drums and Chris Parren (Strawbs, Rocky Horror Show Band) is on keyboards. Tonight's peformance will be dedicated to the late Art Wood (brother of Ronnie) whose assistance, enthusiasm and encouragement in the Eel Pie Club's early days will never be forgotten, which will also see a raffle in aid of Prostate Cancer UK.
