British Progressive Folk rockers, Solstice, are back on tour, promoting their latest studio album, ‘Light Up’, that was released in January, and as well as several notable festival appearances this year, the band also recently undertook a short three-date tour with Italian Proggers, La Maschera Di Cera, that kicked off in London on Friday 28th April at the 229 on Great Portland Street, and Steven C. Prog Rock collective, The Random Earth Project, is very much steeped in the Blues and soulful throughout, as this majestic, stylish, grand, thoughtful band testified, comprising Carleton Van Selman (composer/keys), Kym Blackman (lyrics/vocals), Larry Homer (guitars/drums) and Trev Turley (bass), with the release in March of their debut album, 'Airwaves', of which their very apt piece, 'England', given this weekend's coronation of King Charles III, is today's Video Of The Day.

NesimaPark is the name of the project by the songwriter and artist, Carmelo Spadaro, who released last week his new full-length, 'Debonair', featuring eights songs from the musician from Catania, and even if Folk and Blues are his main influences, the album draws also from Alternative Rock, with fuzz guitars, distorted bass and the use of ambient sounds, such as the opener and single, 'Tonite', which is also one of today's six of the best 'Bank Holiday Monday Rocks' Tracks Of The Day, complemented by five further recent and forthcoming releases from Weapon Of Pride, The Veldt, Calico Jack, Robert Jon & The Wreck and The Hard-Ons.
