The energy of the band went from strength to strength, 'Still In Love With You' soared with Grace and Edgar's guitar playing feeding off each other in dual guitar harmonies with high octane solos sweeping every head banger into the sleaze driven funky mood of 'Johnny The Fox'. The band didn't miss a hit, including all those well-known Lizzy songs that even a non-rocker would know, 'The Boys Are Back In Town', 'The Rocker' and 'Don't Believe A Word'." Burnt Out Wreck, featuring Gary Moat (ex-Heavy Pettin', Mothers Ruin), released their second album 'This Is Hell' last month and the first single taken from the album, 'Dead Or Alive', is today's Video Of The Day. Gary created the band in the Summer of 2016, and after penning songs for their debut album, ‘Swallow’ was released in early 2017. After plenty of promotion and hard work touring the UK, the band returned to the studio to record this follow up, a fierce, hard rocking album with a heavy punch. Following the release of his new album 'Backroad Symphony', back in May we introduced you to Nashville artist Dee Rock (Video Of The Day) and following his first UK tour gig at Ilfracombe Rocks last Friday, Dee is playing two London gigs at The Bedford tonight and The Dublin Castle this Thursday 7th. Rock's Lone Star roots run deep, tracing his family from the time of Davy Crockett and Jim Bowie at the Alamo, to today. Both of Dee's parents are music lovers and raised their children on a soundtrack ranging from Motown to Grand Ole Opry, with artists like BB King, Ray Charles, Johnny Cash and The Allman Brothers. All of that great music has shaped Dee Rock's style and sent him down the road he's on. Rock has found success in both sides of the music industry ~ on stage and off ~ from producing artists and song writing for various record companies including Virgin, EMI and Capitol Records, to writing the soundtrack for the Warner Bros. film 'Divas'.

WRC 2017 Best Support Band award winners Mason Hill have announced plans for the release of their debut album, 'Against The Wall' in 2020, plus the band are also playing Camden's The Black Heart in London tonight, when they will showcase their new material alongside some old favourites. The album will be recorded this month at Riverside Studios near Glasgow, with much of 2019 spent writing, rehearsing and refining material. The plan is for the album to be self released, with the Glaswegian modern Rock band consisting of Scott Taylor - lead vocals, James Bird - guitar, Marc Montgomery - guitar, Matthew Ward - bass and Craig McFetridge - drums, keen to move forward and give the fans what they have been waiting for. In order to fund recording, mixing, promotion, merch and all the other costs of getting the album out, the band is also running a Kickstarter campaign here.

Jerad Finck's new single 'New Kids' is not only today's Track Of The Day, but it's also a song which speaks for itself. It's a socially conscious anthem from the self-proclaimed philosopher and musician which has already sold over 50k downloads, debuted on Billboard and amassed over two million Spotify streams. In Jerad’s own words, this song is “aimed at my generation” and speaks about standing up and standing together in the face of adversity. The song was remixed by popular UK duo Seawaves - which currently has nearly 200,000 Spotify streams and was released in support of Everytown for Gun Safety, a non-profit organisation which advocates for gun control against gun violence, an issue which is very important to Finck.

Sari Schorr played the penultimate night of her Never Say Never tour at The Greystones in Sheffield last night and tonight she completes her tour at London's The Water Rats. Sari (vocals), Ash Wilson (lead guitar/vocals), Mat Beable (bass/vocals), Matthew Gest (keyboards) and Roy Martin (drums), have been all across Europe, including Norway, Denmark, Germany and Switzerland, as well as the UK, which also saw a live recording of their set at the Echo Hotel Music Club gig in Hook in September.

Brighton Rockers Graces Collide release their 10 track riff monster debut album ‘Our Tomorrow’ next April and their first single 'Ride', taken from the album, is today's Video Of The Day. The powerful, melodic band consist of cool and calm Danny Wenham on vocals and lead guitar, and the strong and energetic twins Jurgan and Will Hamblin playing bass and rhythm guitars. For fans of Tremonti, Shinedown, Alter Bridge, Three Days Graces and The Fallen State, you can check them out on the road including London's Dublin Castle in Camden on Friday 22nd November.

"One of the distinctive elements that sets the group apart are the really nice vocals from Sophie Lindsay (also responsible for the attractive artwork) which are strong and authoritative yet also soothingly melodic; in fact her singing is reminiscent of Christine McVie (it is almost impossible to listen to the opening vocals on second track, ‘Tattooed Heart’, without expecting to hear a ‘Mac song to follow) with a bit of an added Jazz feel (not to suggest that she sings flat and kills the melody like most Jazz vocalists)."
