Following in the footsteps of their last studio album and global hit, 'Motherbrain', and ahead of the release of their new EP, 'Rat Child', via Mascot Records on Friday 18th June, Crobot have revealed today's Video Of The Day for the track, 'Mountain', which features Frank Bello from Anthrax. Indeed, the mighty EP cast doesn't stop there, with Steel Panther’s Stix Zadina not only co-writing, 'Everyone Dies', but also performing piano, drums and bass on the track, plus Howard Jones (Light The Torch/ex-Killswitch Engage), also co-writing 'Kiss it Goodbye'.

With a full catalogue of 10 songs to be released later this year, Nashville-based retro Soul artist/singer/songwriter, Caitlin Koch, opens her account with her vibrant new single, 'Where You Began', which is today's Video Of The Day. Co-written with Alex Haddad (Them Vibes) in 2017,‘Where You Began’ is an original that picks up after a relationship ends, the same year that saw Caitlin's first international headlining tour, that included a storming, still-talked-about, set at Ramblin' Man Fair (pictured).

Exactly two years ago today, we were lucky enough to catch up with At The Sun's Alex Matthews (bass) and Craig Steen (drums) for a chat after their soundcheck, literally outside Camden's The Black Heart in London,which is today's Podcast Of The Day. Indeed, we were delighted to attend the album's online Zoom launch party with Robin, Maxi (pictured) and Livingstone , however, following the continued success of the LP, unfortunately we were not lucky enough to be there to spend an afternoon filming with Maxi at his home in Jamaica, where as you will see, such lucid visual cues reinforce the band's emotive melodies and wistful lyrics brilliantly!

Exactly four years ago today, wewere at London's iconic 100 Club for the launch of Erja Lyytinen's latest album 'Stolen Hearts'(see below), although the previous afternoon we were also lucky enough to be present at Erja's private unplugged set at Soho's Ain't Nothing But Blues venue, where there was a Q&A session (pictured) with Erja and 'Stolen Hearts'legendary producer Chris Kimsey - who kindly allowed us to interview him, which is today's Podcast Of The Day.

"The "Finnish slide goddess" recorded the album in her homeland but it was mastered by the Master in London's Air Studios. And it's a slick production. Whilst known as a Blues artist, Erja has incorporated elements of many other styles in an album that is therefore a mix of tastes. And with lyrical themes that transcend all ages there's something in it for everyone." - Samantha Fish UK Tour Rescheduled 10/4/21
Due to the pandemic, Samantha Fish has now rescheduled her UK tour to January and February next year, but the good news is that a new date has also been added at KK’s Steel Mill in Wolverhampton on Tuesday 8th February. All existing tickets remain valid. Samantha's incendiary live performances have been mesmerising audiences around the world, and in September 2019, the genre-bending guitarist, singer and songwriter released her critically acclaimed album, ‘Kill Or Be Kind’, which featured two Rock radio singles ‘Bulletproof’ and ‘Watch Them Die’.
