The third Chelsea Blues, Rhythm and Rock Festival took place at the changed venue of London's Bush Hall last Saturday 28th May, so, with a review to come, today check out Tim Russell's excellent photos of headliner's BB King Blues Band (Video Of The Day) plus The Cinelli Brothers, The Kendall Connection, Jimmy Regal And The Royals, Ryk Mead Band (who replaced Catfish) and Tin Rose.

Currently out on their appropriately named Unfinished Business Tour, JUNO Award-winning, two-time CRIA Platinum-certified and six-time CRIA Gold-certified Rock group, The Glorious Sons (Video Of The Day), will not only be returning to the UK to play Pearl Jam’s British Summer Time Hyde Park show on Friday 8th July, but the night before they will also be in London playing a warm-up Club show at Camden Assembly with support from JJ Wilde. Their first visit to the UK since 2019, during lockdown, the band wrote and released the 'Young King Sessions' EP featuring six new tracks including 'Hold Steady’, a Bluesy Rock riff, underscored by a chorus that stands the test of time, plus the dreamy sonic, ‘I Will Destroy The Void In You’, both of which highlighted the ever-evolving Rock group’s imaginative and evocative lyricism.

Nozfest takes place this year on Saturday 13th August at the 1865, Southampton SO14 3AR, and today's six of the best Nozfest Rocks! Tracks Of The Day showcases six of the great bands taking part, namely Massive, The Hot Damn, Collateral, Scarlet Rebels, Dead Man's Whiskey, plus headliner's Mason Hill, who are also featured on today's WRC Award winning Rock On The Ridge Podcast Of The Day, originally broadcast way back in June 2017, that includes our interview with guitarist James Bird.

Today's Video Of The Day is the new single, 'Consider Her Way', from Psychedelique Garage Noir deux-piece, West Wickhams, and it's the title track from their recently released five-track debut EP, out now on a limited run on Golden Believers Records. To celebrate the release, not only will 25 'Consider Her Way' artwork editions with extra goodies be exclusively available on Golden Believers Records Bandcamp, but the band are also hitting the road with four Summer dates, kicking off with Scarborough's Resurrection Festival on Saturday 25th June. Originally from Tresco in the Isles of Scilly, but now based in Richmond, Surrey, Jon Othello and Elle Flores not only see themselves as an imagined rival gang to Punk style icons the Bromley Contingent, but also include Whitby Abbey, Pipe Organs, Flowers, Polka Dot Cats, Dark Punk, Gothic Novels, Rock 'n' Roll Autobiographies, Castles, Abstract Painting, Euphoria, Mist, Autumn, Halloween, Optical Illusions, Edgar Allan Poe and Andy Warhol, among others, as their influences!

Due to health challenges over the last few months, Billy Idol has rescheduled his six arena shows on The Roadside UK Tour from next month to October, with new special guests, Television. Following last year's release of his reflective 'The Roadside' EP, his first new music for seven years, the world’s favourite rebel will be back with some new music and a stack of timeless classics. This will be Billy's first live shows in the UK since 2018, along with his touring band, featuring his long-time guitarist and collaborator Steve Stevens, plus Stephen McGrath (bass, backing vocals), Billy Morrison (guitar, backing vocals), Paul Trudeau (keyboards, backing vocals) and drummer Erik Eldenius.

Last month, Envy Of None, the new band featuring Alex Lifeson (Rush), Andy Curran (Coney Hatch), Alfio Annibalini and singer Maiah Wynne, released their debut self-titled album on Kscope, eleven tracks that ricochet between various shades of Alternative, experimental and Synth Rock, throwing surprises at every turn, twisting dark melodies against contemporary Pop hooks, such as their single, 'Look Inside', which is also one of today's six of the best 'Sunday Rocks!' Tracks Of The Day, complemented by five further new and recent releases from Corvus Corax featuring Alan Nemtheanga A., Fireproven, Future Palace, Mariusz Duda and The Oklahoma Kid.

"What they have is charisma in bundles; their songs are at once familiar, rooted often in open tuned slide playing, but played with boundless energy and given a fresh twist by Grace Bond’s soaring high lead vocals.
