  • Aynsley Lister Beaverwood Photo Gallery 11/9/22

"The guitarist introduced a few numbers from a forthcoming new album, which is very welcome news given the long intermission since his last release. The new ones stood up well against the older numbers, one of them ‘Stay with Me’ (possibly!) had an almost 70s Californian vibe about it, with some tight harmonies from Jono Martin on bass making this instantly memorable. A great set." That was part of our take when we last saw Aynsley Lister with Chantel McGregor at London's 100 Club back in February, and last Wednesday night, John 'Mr Rockrpix' Bull caught up with Aynsley, plus support Devanna Music, at The Beaverwood Club in Chislehurst, so check out today both JB's brilliant photo gallery plus today's 'Purple Rain' Video Of The Day, filmed two days later at Southampton's 1865.
