    Earlier this month, Berlin based four-piece Day Clinic released their eponymous debut album on which they venture into more experimental sonic territories, incorporating more synthesized sounds, reminiscent of 70´s Progressive Rock as well as real saxophone, flute and sitar alongside their signature sound based on a fuzzed-out stonery bass, noisy guitar riffs and melancholic yet angry voice, such as the dark, intimate atmosphere of 'As Above So Below', where the vocals caress your ears, that's one of today's six of the best Monday Rocks! Tracks Of The Day, complemented by five further recent and forthcoming releases from Worldwide Panic, Euthymia, Nitroverts, Enchantya and The Awakening.

    Led by founding guitarist/lead vocalist, Andy Powell, to mark the 50th anniversary of their biggest selling, multi-platinum album, 'Live Dates', Wishbone Ash are currently touring across eight countries, with an incredible 61 dates up and till May to come, including Germany's Spectrum Club in Augsburg tonight, and once again we're indebted to our Swiss correspondent Marlène Rivet for today's Photo Gallery, taken at their Mühle Hunziken, Rubigen, gig last Friday, plus we also have today's Video Of The Day of 'Argus's 'Time Was', filmed at Germany's Sudhaus Tübingen, two nights earlier.

    Last month, young German-English band Steppers Division performed their good vibes music, with a modern and world sound, at their very first UK show at The Cart and Horses in Stratford, a stone’s throw from Maryland Station, and famously known as the birthplace of a certain Iron Maiden, and not only was Chris Griffiths there to capture the gig on film in today's Photo Gallery, but an acoustic version of 'Worth It', recorded live at Berlin's Artliners back in October, is also today's Video Of The Day.

    With their unique blend of screaming guitars, thundering kick ass drums, raging bass and uninhibited vocals, Held Hostage will be performing a special original Rock set at the Metal Hall Of Fame Ceremony at Agoura Hills Canyon Club in California on Thursday 26th January, that sees the induction of four Hard Rock and Heavy Metal legends, namely Twisted Sister, Lou Gramm, Chris Impellitteri and Raven, and today's six of the best 'Sunday Rocks!' Tracks Of The Day includes 'Fallen Brothers', taken from Held Hostage's latest album, 'Great American Rock', that features guest vocals from Tim "Ripper" Owens, complemented by five further recent and forthcoming releases from Fury Weekend featuring The Anix, Odinfist, Beneath My Feet, Spektrvm and Submit Thy Will.

    Today's Video Of The Day is Alice Armstrong's new debut single, 'Speed Dial', featuring Matt Long, Kevin Hickman, Josh Rigal, Stevie Watts, Ash Wilson, Brave Rival and friends, and last month at The Grand in Clapham, Alice (pictured) was part of a superb "One Night Revue" ensemble at Tommy Hare's Christmas Shindig, opened by Bluesy/Country covers of the three-piece Tom JJ ("Cinelli Brothers") Band followed by The Coalminers, with Tommy then doing a bunch of Christmas songs in the second part of the show with special guests Simeon Hammond Dallas, Howard Rose and Joe Corbin, all compered by Bandini/Alessandro De Cominato, and all captured on film thanks to today's Chris Griffiths Photo Gallery.
