
Much has been said over time, over generations, that genres don't mix, but the new single, 'Holy Blues', from Prog Rock collective, The Random Earth Project, comprising of Carleton Van Selman (composer/keys), Kym Blackman (lyrics/vocals), Larry Homer (guitars/drums) and Trev Turley (bass), is very much steeped in the Blues and soulful throughout, as this majestic, stylish, grand, thoughtful and Progressive band, continue to arrange, record and polish all the collated material for a full release later this year, of which 'Holy Blues' is also one of today's six of the best 'Thursday Rocks' Tracks Of The Day, complemented by five further new and recent releases from Liar Thief Bandit, October Thorns, The Persian Leaps, Cedars and Narcotic Wasteland.
