Founded and led by multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Zorn, who was determined to shake up the traditional "Metal-meets-Symphony" approach after leaving iconic Black Metallers, Dark Funeral, Zornheym quickly grew from an ambitious idea into a dramatic musical and narrative driven concept, and following the release last October of 'The Zornheim Sleep Experiment', featuring 10 new tracks of powerful, cinematic and mesmerising Symphonic extreme Metal, the band are just about to embark on a France/Benelux tour, of which their album track, 'The Revelation', is also one of today's six of the best 'Thursday Rocks!' Tracks Of The Day, complemented by five further new and recent releases from Fight The Fade, Virgin Idol, Synthwailer, Leather Duchess and Thy Enemy.
