A British Rock and Roll institution with a pedigree of 50 years of hit singles, and currently on their Blitz Of Hitz Unlock The Rock UK Tour, The Sweet stopped off at both Bexhill's De La Warr Pavilion on Saturday night and Islington Assembly Hall on Sunday, with acoustic support from Kira Mac, and not only today do we have Photo Galleries of both gigs, courtesy of Bruce Biege and John 'Mr. Rockrpix' Bull respectively, but we also have today's 'New York Groove' Video Of The Day, filmed in London on Sunday night. Featuring original guitarist Andy Scott, they performed the band’s iconic hit singles 'Ballroom Blitz', 'Fox on the Run', 'Blockbuster', 'Hellraiser', 'Little Willy', 'Love Is Like Oxygen', and continue their eight remaining dates at Oxford's O2 Academy this Thursday 8th December, ending with Nottingham's Rock City on Sunday 18th December.
