Three years after their very-well received debut full-length effort, 'IONO', Progressive Metallers Spheres are about to release their sophomore album, 'Helios', this coming Friday 23rd September through M & O Music & Spinoza Records, and the band have just unveiled a first glimpse, with their single, 'Spiritual Journey', which is today's Video Of The Day. For fans of Opeth, Tool, Mastodon, Gojira and Devin Townsend, the French band was founded at the end of 2017 by Jonathan Lino (composer/singer/guitarist), who is joined by Clémence Santé on bass, Olivier Moreau on guitars and Jess on drums.
