With a review of last Thursday's King King and The Damn Truth London Electric Ballroom gig in our WRC pipeline, today as an aperitif, check out Bruce Biege's brilliant photo gallery of The Damn Truth, taken at Southampton's The 1865 the night after, the final date of their 13-date UK tour, where they both supported King King and headlined in their own right. Comprising of PY Letellier (bass), Dave Traina (drums), Lee-La Baum (lead vocals, guitar) and Tom Shemer (guitar), according to Bruce the critically acclaimed Montreal-based four-piece Rock band were fantastic, with the tour following on from last year’s third studio album, 'Now or Nowhere'. Similarly for King King, featuring their new line-up of Alan Nimmo (vocals/guitar), Stevie Nimmo (guitar), Jonny Dyke (organ/piano), Zander Greenshields (bass) and Andrew Scott (drums), the Camden gig was also the award-winning Blues Rock outfit's final night of their current UK tour, but the good news is that they are back out on the road again in July and October later this year.
