Following their blistering set opening this year's WRC award nominated A New Day Festival in Faversham back in August, unfortunately Blues Rock outfit Big River had to postpone their Leo's Red Lion gig last month, however, their 'Big Christmas One' with special guests Gianni Scalera and The Jury plus Isabella Coulstock, takes place tonight at that very same Gravesend venue, and for today's Podcast Of The Day we go back to that showery Summer's day when we had a quick chat backstage with vocalist Adam Barron and guitarist Damo Fawsett, discussing all things Big River, on the very same day they released their latest EP, 'Beautiful Trauma'. To help those less fortunate over the Christmas period, the band will also be accepting tonight donations (food/toiletries) for the local food bank run by ‘Hive Hope’.
