A New Day Festival Review Part 2 - Day 1 25/8/22

"Bit of a tenuous link here but 'The Dambusters March' taken from the very apt 'Bursting Out' (1978), not only heralded the end of a fascinating set, but also meant that the backstage toilets were now reopen! Cue Anderson's pre-recorded band introductions to the strains of Louis Armstrong, as I hastily made my way towards the gents. Aaah indeed, 'What A Wonderful World'."

With reviews, photos and interviews still in the pipeline for this year's Faversham's A New Day Festival, today we complete our look back at Friday and Day 1, which includes AJ's review and Les Linyard's photos of Jethro Tull (review only), Stray and Ten Years After (pictured), plus a brand new Day 3 Video Of The Day from Department S performing 'Going Left Right' on The Sabine Jerram Stage.
