German Progressive rockers Everon have announced their return after sixteen years with their new twelve-track album ‘Shells', that will be released on Friday 28th February via Music Theories Recordings/Mascot Label Group, of which the trio's gargantuan new song, ‘No Embrace', is today's Video Of The Day. Although the road to 'Shells' has sadly been tainted by the sudden death of drummer Moschus, their new album is something to be celebrated, bristling with energy and verve, encapsulating everything that made Everon such a force to be reckoned with in the first place.

Over the course of 19 tracks, featuring appearances from regular collaborators including brother John Hackett on flute, Roger King on keys, Rob Townsend on flute and sax, and Amanda Lehmann on guitar and vocals. Hackett explores various facets of his catalogue, including Genesis classics, stripped down solo material as well as magical renditions of his much-acclaimed classical catalogue, which shows a completely different side to his playing.
