Birmingham 4 piece band Broken Witt Rebels join Rory Auskerry on today's Route 66 Track Of The Day to discuss their EP ‘Georgia Pine’, their drive to succeed as a band and how they have fun with their fans either side of a show. We got to know the guys through the West Malling Beer Fest last year and their next gig is in the traditional WRC stomping ground of Gravesend, Kent, at The Middle Ei8ht on Friday 4th March at 9pm. We dedicate today's Video Of The Day to our old mucker Wrinkly The Silver who's being admitted into hospital today for back surgery. Being a big fan of both Aerosmith (pictured at the 2014 Calling Festival in Clapham) and American Football - we are sure that this £3.5 million 30 second advert due to played during the interval of this Sunday's Super Bowl will cheer Dave up. Although we advise WTS not to watch it in hospital - as when it was first aired on ITV's This Morning yesterday - the pitch of Steven Tyler's voice at the end of the ad smashed the glass in the studio's autocue! Anyway all the best mate from us all at the WRC!

As you well know the WRC are always on the look out for new internet music radio stations to share with our members. Indeed we had the pleasure of catching up with 2015 WRC award winning Purple Zeppelin guitarist Mark Dawson (pictured) over a cuppa (yes we know it's hard to believe) last week and Mark kindly tipped us off about Sheppey FM and in particular 'The Classic Rock Show' hosted by Philip Woody Wood!
