We reviewed The New Roses new album 'Nothing But Wild' album (pictured and Track Of The Day)) earlier this year and the German Hard Rock outfit are headlining Croydon Rocks at The Fairfield Halls from 2.30pm today. Meanwhile, Camden Rocks presents another Rock-n-Roll bonanza featuring The Swagger, Playmaker, Lashes, Dirty Falcon, The Groves, Motorcycle Display Team, Pink Mirrors, Lemon Venom, Syd Sister and Risking Nostalgia - all live at The Monarch between 12.30pm and 9pm. Finally today, Zoe Schwarz Blue Commotion will be taking to the Blues At Barleylands stage at 2pm at Barleylands Social Club, Barleylands Road, Billericay CM11 2UF.

Steve Hackett and his band completed the last leg of their 20 UK November shows at London's Eventim Apollo in Hammersmith last night, not only performing the seminal Genesis album 'Selling England By The Pound' in its entirety, but also on its 40th anniversary, celebrating masterpieces from one of Steve’'s most popular solo albums 'Spectral Mornings'. Fans were also treated to highlights from Steve’'s latest album 'At The Edge Of Light', and if you missed out, then the good news is that Hackett has announced that his 2020/21 World Tour will feature the whole of the 1977 Genesis live album 'Seconds Out' in full, plus more! With HRH Vikings 2 kicking off today at Sheffield's O2 Academy, next year's weekend line-up for HRH Vikings 3 has already been announced (pictured), and it will be a three arena, two day affair on Saturday 28th & Sunday 29th November. After selling out the last two years in nine days flat and being utterly bombarded with bands wanting to play it from all around the globe, the Gods have let it be known that the battles continue until Ragnarok itself. The way it's looking, the bands who have joined their ranks have left them speechless and it looks like HRH Vikings III will be another thunderous line-up indeed, making "their thing" even more special.

Off the back of his most successful solo tour yet, including London's Hammersmith Apollo tonight, Steve Hackett has announced that his 2020/21 World Tour will feature the whole of the 1977 Genesis live album 'Seconds Out' in full, plus more! Tickets for the tour go on sale here at 10am today plus venue box offices which includes two nights at The London Palladium on Thursday 5th November and Friday 6th November. The tour includes music from each of the six studio albums from Steve’'s time in Genesis and marks his final recordings with the band as he left to pursue his solo career upon its completion. There will also be additional material, including Steve’'s solo concert favourite 'The Steppes' to celebrate the 40th birthday of his fourth solo album 'Defector'.

Today Stir Crazy release their very first single on all digital platforms, the fun light hearted Christmas Rocker for everyone of all ages, 'Christmas Time's A Time To Rock', a new version of the Shooter classic and today's Video Of The Day. Stir Crazy is a new project from our old mucker Dom O’Riley (formerly of Shooter) who has been joined by two great musicians from the legendary JoanovArc, namely Sam Walker on bass and and vocals) and Debs Wildish (drums), along with Ian Turner recording, producing and doing much other musical stuff! Indeed, the band are currently at Pearce Farm Studios recording new material for next year's album release, with Ian once again producing and making that magic happen!

Swedish Hard Rock sensation H.E.A.T (Video Of The Day) will play three exclusive UK shows in May next year including London's Garage on Friday 29th, along with British Rock band VEGA, award winning band Mason Hill and 4-piece Collateral. H.E.A.T will also next year release their brand-new album 'H.E.A.T II' on Friday 21st, the first to be produced entirely by the band - with Jona Tee (keyboards) and Dave Dalone (guitar) as producers. Also featuring Erik Grönwall - vocals, Jimmy Jay - bass and Don Crash - drums, the album goes back to the band’s beginnings, redefining the raw H.E.A.T sound – a sound that oozes Classic Rock coolness paired with the snotty confidence of one of Rock and Roll’s most talented bands today.

Tonight the magnificent Rollin' Stoned returns to The Eel Pie Club, The Patch, 67 London Road, Twickenham TW1 3SZ, for two hours of nostalgia playing the best of 1964-1969. Endorsed by Keith Richards' mother as "outstanding and suitably fit stand-ins for The Stones", Rollin' Stoned have also been described by The Times as "The nearest thing to the real article" and have been revered by both Stones fans for their authenticity and the real Stones who booked them for the band's birthday! We last saw ambient Cornish Rock band Haunt The Woods at the Old Blue Last in September (pictured), and tonight they return to London at The Islington and aren’t one to miss live. They also recently shared their new single, ‘Supernova’, along with the announcement of their debut album 'Opaque', out on Friday 28th February. Featuring immersive and climactic passages which pulsate between ever-changing forms of hushed intimacy and explosive passion, anthemic choruses and poignant verses, 'Supernova' is the latest single to be taken from the album, an incredible collection of tracks which blends influences from Alternative, Folk, Prog and Pop into a sound somewhere between Jeff Buckley, Pink Floyd and Fleet Foxes.
