Not unexpectedly, both albums received great reviews, and the good news is that this has spurred Townend on to start recording a new album in the New Year. Their new music pours the best elements of Rock, Blues and Soul - that some might describe as Rock ‘n’ Soul! Defying simple pigeonholing, but taking influence from the late 60’s and early 70’s great Rock bands, and infusing it with a modern sense of Soul and Blues, the Shropshire based band, consisting of Ben Edwards (vocals), Charlie Richards (guitar), Ash Milburn (bass) and Sam Edwards (drums), have been consistently engaging brains and ears during a steady emergence over recent years.

However, Fernando is perhaps best known for his long-time partnership with a certain Lou Reed, from 1982 to 1987 and again from 1996 to 2008, of which a classic performance by them both on the Late Show with David Letterman, is today’s Video Of The Day.
