New York City-based, Alternative-Pop singer/songwriter, Rachael Sage, not only unveiled last Friday her latest, heartening single and today's enchantingly dream-like stop-motion Video Of The Day. ‘Revelation Ground’, but she is also currently on a breathtaking UK and Ireland tour, supporting the incredible Irish Folk/Rockabilly legend, Imelda May, that includes The London Palladium on Thursday 14th April. Centred around her iconic poetic lyricism and raw delicate vocal melodies, the single intertwines familiar ‘60s Folk with a flourishing reminder of life’s virtues and beauty. Indeed, after a two-year-long break since the release of her 14th studio album, ‘Character’, the ever-prolific Sage is back and stronger than ever, a pivotal point in Rachael’s dynamic career, showcasing a climactic moment in her songwriting and production abilities.

On Friday 1st July, traditional Heavy Metal outfit, Haunt, will release their seventh full-length, 'Windows of Your Heart', via Iron Grip//Church Recordings, and today's lyric Video Of The Day for the title track is a foundational piece, featuring catchy riffs, big hooks and a slightly different guitar approach for the band that straddles the line between Heavy Metal and Hard Rock. Based in Fresno, California, Haunt is the brainchild of singer/guitarist Trevor William Church, whom on the live front, has assembled a new line-up consisting of his longtime Beastmaker bandmate Andy Saldate on drums, Andy Lei on guitars and Chris Fletcher on bass. Indeed, this week, the band is set to kick off a 20-date run through the western half of North America, supported by Screamer, Traveler and Saber, including the prestigious Hell's Heroes Festival in Houston, Texas, on Saturday 23rd April.

Just recently, over the last weekend of March, The (Krissy) Matthews and Keylock Blues Band performed at Rock For Ukraine at Bicester's The Bell, which takes us back to December 2016 and today's Podcast Of The Day, when we interviewed teenage guitar sensation Aaron Keylock at Islington's O2 Academy (pictured) as part of the Planet Rock Roadstars tour, a storming set sandwiched in between Federal Charm and SIMO.

Not only ahead of their European tour alongside Gazpacho, that begins this week, including London's Earth Theatre on Sunday 17th April, but also in advance of the follow-up to 2020’s ‘Eupnea’, and their fifth studio album, 'Above Cirrus', that will be released on Friday 6th May via InsideOutMusic, Progressive Rock outfit Pure Reason Revolution recently launched the album’s first single, an epic nine minute track, ‘New Kind of Evil’, which is one of today's six of the best 'Monday Rocks!' Tracks Of The Day, complemented by five further new and recent releases from Pressure, Malone Sibun, Ancient Settlers, The Bloody Nerve and RF Force.
