Our overriding memory of The Great British Music Festival at London's Olympia, way back in January 1976 (pictured), were Dunfermline rockers,Nazareth, lifting the roof off the place, so much so that when Bad Company took to the stage, Paul Rodgers joked "follow that!" If there was one major disappointment following our trip to see the first of the two recent Rolling Stones gigs at London's Hyde Park, it was that the second show on Sunday 3rd July included on the undercard, sensational Clarksdale, Mississippi, Blues guitarist and singer, Christone "Kingfish" Ingram, however, today, not only do we have some Rolling Stones photos from the second gig, thanks to prolific WRC correspondent, Steven C.
