    Following the release in December of ‘The Trouble Is…25', a top-to-bottom reinterpretation of his seminal album, ‘Trouble Is…’, five-time-Grammy-nominated guitarist, Kenny Wayne Shepherd and his band brought the Blues rocker's iconic platinum selling ‘Trouble Is…’ album anniversary world tour to the UK last month for a run of six special shows, of which today Gary Smith not only gives his take on KWS's final show at London's Shepherd' Bush Empire last Sunday, but we also have John 'Mr. Rockrpix' Bull's explosive photos plus our Video Of The Day of the whole gig no less!

    Having played a set of sold out UK shows in February to celebrate the 20th anniversary of his debut album, ‘The Fine Art Of Self-Destruction’, New York based singer songwriter, Jesse Malin, also recently released a reimagined, re-recorded and expanded 20th anniversary edition of the album, of which a re-recorded version of the title track, 'The Fine Art Of Self-Destruction (Lonely Process)', has not only just been released as a new single, but is also today's Video Of The Day. Indeed, it's the second of three to be issued that have not been included as part of the reissue, also released ahead of Malin's return to the UK for five further dates later next month, which will see Jesse and his band perform the album in its entirety, as well as songs from across his back catalogue and some choice covers.

  • The Searchers Orchard Review 27/4/23

    "The band, mainly in the form of Frank, tell stories and jokes and the casual banter is infectious. Overall it’s a great and recommended show full of great songs and The Searchers are still on top form 64 years on."
