  • Pure Reason Revolution Disappear 7/11/24

    With the band about to embark on a five-date UK tour next month, Progressive Alternative rockers, Pure Reason Revolution, returned in September with their sixth studio album, ‘Coming Up To Consciousness’, and today's Video Of The Day is a special stripped down version of the conceptual album’s closing song, ‘As We Disappear’, performed live by Jon Courtney at Circle Studios in Berlin. Consisting of eight tracks, the quartet will also be making their first appearance next year on Cruise To The Edge, alongside Steve Hackett, Riverside, Haken, Big Big Train, Robert Fripp, plus many more.

    Signalling the start of their new year album campaign, as well as coming in the wake of a recent heartbreaking loss for the New Jersey-based hard rockers, Who On Earth are back with a fierce new single, ‘Dawgz', delivering a hard-hitting powerful anthem, that's also today's Video Of The Day. With its driving energy and impactful lyrics, July also saw the quartet complete the recording of a wealth of new material, only to lose beloved lead guitarist, friend and mentor, Bruce Gatewood, to a sudden heart attack, although with the spirit of Bruce guiding them, his legacy is still deeply embedded in their music.
