Having already built individual reputations, but now drawing on the deepest roots of the Blues to create fresh, relevant songs, which expand British Blues into new territory, the collaboration between award winning harmonica player/Blues singer Mat Walklate and singer/guitarist Alex Haynes brings out the best in both artists on their second and latest original three-track EP, 'Now Ain't That The Truth', released in September, of which the title track, recorded live last Summer for a session at The Met in Bury, is one of today's six of the best 'Saturday Rocks!' Tracks Of The Day, complemented by five further recent and forthcoming releases from The Yets, Marble Ghosts, Lyrizone, Weite and Worlds Beyond.
