A tour de force and a version of the band that only ever did three gigs together, today TBelly release 'Once Upon A Time In Brighton', featuring keyboard player and joint lead vocalist of Slade, Russell Keefe, Mike Ross on guitar and Will Wilde on harmonica, comprising nine tracks recorded live in Brighton in 2016, and taken from both TBelly’s first album, 'Dead Men Don’t Pray', as well as the then yet to be released album, 'I Never Want to See Me Again', of which their second live single, 'Lie In The Desert', is also one of today's six of the best 'New Releases Friday Rocks!' Following Sunday's very sad news that Rock legend Dave Cousins, the founder, guitarist and singer of English Folk and Progressive Rock band, Strawbs, had passed away at the age of 85, tonight at London's The Bedford in Balham, Dave's former bandmate and award winning multi-instrumentalist Dave Bainbridge joins forces with Lord of The Dance vocalist and instrumentalist Sally Minnear, as well as special guests Whimsical Creature, So in tribute to Cousins, today's Video Of The Day is Strawbs 'We Have Power', taken from 'The Ferryman's Curse', that not only the two Dave's worked on, but also performed as per this live footage, filmed at Pennsylvania's Sellersville Theater, in November 2017, the very same year the album was released.
