- Countdown To Ramblin' Man - Minus 18 5/7/16
The last time we saw Europe was at the Arrock Classic Rock Festival in Biddinghuizen in Holland in June 2007 supporting Aerosmith and Scorpions. Often written off as a one hit wonder - these guys rock as testified by their latest album - the brilliant 'War Of Kings'. Do not miss them at Ramblin' Man as we continue with our countdown to RM with today's Vid Of The Day as we turn the clock back to 30th June 2007.

- 'Til The Dawn 26/5/16
"Born Healer's 'Til The Dawn was bought on recommendation of a friend, so I started to listen with an open mind and oh boy what a cracker. It begins with 'Pressure Valve', a song which sets the scene for the album, from the opening drums the journey that you get carried away on by stupendous guitar work and accompanied with haunting vocals, that are reminiscent of an early Elkie Brooks, leaves you wanting for more." Read the rest of WRC member Stuart Broderick's Born Healer 'Til The Dawn' CD review here plus check out our Track Of The Day.
- Full House At Borderline! 20/5/16
The WRC bumped into our (old) mates Dom O'Riley of Shooter fame and ex-Bad Company guitarist Dave 'Bucket' Colwell at the JOANovARC Borderline, London, launch party gig on Wednesday night. Congratulations to 'Bucket' who recently got married and you've guessed it - the happy couple booked the excellent JOANovARC for their wedding reception - praise indeed. Anyway watch out for news of an interview with Bucket over the coming weeks plus his Full House gig at The Half Moon on Thursday 4th August. In the meantime check out both our gig photo gallery including Lilith And The Knight and Fire Red Empress here plus we turn back time with our Vid Of The Day!
- Introducing ... The Sultana Brothers 10 March 2015
Just ten days to Joe Bonamassa at the Hammersmith Apollo and today we introduce you to another band that does a neat cover of Otis Rush's 'So Many Roads'! Yes our Video Of The Day is The Sultana Brothers - formed in 1995 and with influences in R&B, Rock 'N' Roll, Blues and Rock - the band have continued to receive glowing reviews. Having spent the early years cutting their teeth and developing a sound of their own in the local pubs and clubs, The Sultana Brothers have now become one of the most acclaimed bands in the Midlands. The solid combination of Phil (drums) and Pete (bass) added to Adam's Boogie piano and Dave's sensational guitar work - and an unbelievable mix of Rhythm & Blues explodes. In 2006 they were joined by Dave H 'The Hat' (lead vocals and Blues harp). His Blues-Jazz voice and great harp playing added a whole new dimension to the music, making an exciting five-piece band who enjoy the music they make as much as their audience do!
