We've always said that our WRC members are a talented bunch and Bob Wilson and Julia Maidment are no exception. Not only did Bob provide us with some awesome pics from our Blacktop Deluxe/Loose Moorings Fiddler's Elbow gig last Saturday - but Bob and Julia gave a review of the gig on Ridge Radio on the 'Rock on the Ridge' show last night. We will try and bring you the footage over the next couple of days!

Blacktop Deluxe and Loose Moorings made the ultimate sacrifice of being in the other half's bad books worthwhile last night. Two storming sets of good ol' Blues Rock made the punters who braved the Fiddler's Elbow in Chalk Farm forget about being in the proverbial dog house. Anyway, our 'Video Of The Day' is testament to what a great gig it was - with a review, more pics and vids to follow tomorrow. It's well overdue - so it's about time we featured our mate Kevin Beale's excellent Blues On The Marsh podcast as our 'Track Of The Day'. This show was originally aired last Friday and includes Albany Down (who are appearing at this year's BluesRockfest) and Robin Bibi. Suffice to say that the WRC are supporting this year's awards by sponsoring the Lifetime Achievement Award category! The presentation to the winners will take place at the Newark Blues Festival on Sunday 11th September. Today we complete our 'Drownload' coverage thanks to another Wrinkly - Rob - who endured the whole weekend! "Just got back. Enjoy the rain at "Downpour"? Me, I added to the wrinkles by camping. It was grin and bear it time. Thought Rammstein shaded it just from Sabbath with Iron Maiden getting the bronze (my opinion). Enjoyed all the bands I saw, but too old for all the rain and mud. Guitarist Damo Fawsett returns to the Red Lion, Gravesend, on Saturday 18th April for a headline show with Slam Cartel! Damo appeared at last year's Bluesfest with his Damo Fawsett Band - of which the live recording of 'Good Morning Little Schoolgirl' is our 'Track Of The Day'! Special guests on the night will be Skarlett Riot (their latest single 'Rising' is on Scuzz TV) and Talk Us Down. Tickets are £5 in advance here or £6 on the night.

On today's Track Of The Day and the latest Rout 66 podcast - 17 year old Blues/Rock guitarist and singer, Aaron Keylock (pictured), joins Rory Auskerry for an interview ahead of his gig in Manchester as part of the Dot 2 Dot Festival this weekend. Rory also pays tribute to Blues legend B.B. King, who passed away on 14th May aged 89 and plays some of his best collaboration tracks with the likes of Eric Clapton, John Lee Hooker, Kenny Wayne Shepherd and U2.
