    Influenced by artists such as Boys Like Girls, The 1975 and The Midnight, as well as being the second in a stream of releases forecast from this emerging British duo, featuring songwriting and production buddies Daniel Fox and Chris Brayshaw, last Friday Sheffield Pop-Rock connoisseurs Skyracer returned with their earworm new single, 'Under The Lights', which is today's Video Of The Day. Blending shimmering synths, big chorus hooks and emotional lyricism, it's a cinematic, 90s Pop Rock inspired love song set in New York City, capturing the nostalgic rush of staying up all night, with the thrill of new romance and the moment it just clicks.

    Another Solid Entertainments award winning Tuesday Blues takes place at London's The 100 Club tonight, that sees The Milk Men headlining with support from The Paul Cook Blues Band featuring Katie Bradley, as well as the Amba Tremain Band, and today's 'Tuesday Blues Rocks!'     Following his tragic passing in 2019, Neal Casal was a revered singer/songwriter whose ten solo albums are widely regarded as classics in the roots and Americana music canon, and a new lucky thirteen-track collection of mostly unreleased early studio recordings and demos, 'No One Above You (The Early Years 1991-1998)', will be released on Friday 12th September, of which the first single and opening track, 'Silver Dollar', is today's Video Of The Day. A celebrated guitarist and consummate collaborator who could be found playing alongside artists ranging from Willie Nelson to Phil Lesh, Neal was much more than a sideman, he was also a bandmate and an integral part of the Chris Robinson Brotherhood and Ryan Adams & The Cardinals, and issued in tandem with the new album is a book of rare and unseen photographs, compiled by his former wife Christy Coleman, providing an intimate look at Casal’s formative years, creatively and personally.
