America’s legendary Progressive Rock band Kansas have not only recently released today's Video Of The Day, 'Point Of Know Return (Live 2019-20)', taken from their new live album, 'Point of Know Return Live & Beyond', out on Friday 28th May, but they have also had to reschedule their European Anniversary tour to next year, including The London Palladium on Thursday 3rd November. This particular track was recorded on 4th April 2019 at the Balboa Theater in San Diego, California, and it's their first live album since 2017, for a band that has sold more than 30 million albums worldwide and is famous for classic hits such as ‘Carry On Wayward Son’ and ‘Dust in the Wind', to Progressive epics like ‘Song for America'.

Celebrating its 35th anniversary, as it was originally released on 21st April 1986, Montreal’s Vinyl Hero is paying homage to one of the great English rockers with their cover of 'Sledgehammer' by Peter Gabriel, one of today's 'Sledgehammer' Tracks Of The Day, complemented by new and forthcoming releases from Jeff Carlson Band, King Of The Dead, The Ancient Unknown, Spaceking and Pressure.

The third album (but a Frontiers Music label debut) by Finnish Hard Rock band Temple Balls, ’Pyromide’, due out on Friday 16th April, is a tour de force of anthemic Rock ‘n Roll full of hooks and powerful rhythms, as testified by today's 'T.O.T.C.' Produced by Jona Tee (H.E.A.T), it is a major statement of intent, given their 2017 debut had gone down a storm both at home and in Japan, especially when they toured there, while its 2019 follow-up was similarly acclaimed. Indeed, prior to 'Pyromide's recording (and lockdown), the group had opened for the likes of Sonata Arctica, Queen, Deep Purple and Uriah Heep.
