    Best known for having produced albums for some of the most famous artists in British Rock and Blues history, Blues legend Mike Vernon MBE (pictured receiving his 2024 UK Blues Federation Lifetime Achievement award), very sadly passed away yesterday at the age of 81. And in tribute to his extraordinary musical career, we let Mike's music do all the talking with today's 'Have You Heard' Video Of The Day, taken from the 1966 John Mayall/Eric Clapton 'Blues Breakers' collaboration, which was produced by Vernon.

    Brace yourselves, as explosive Canadian Hard Rock torchbearers The Mighty One are back, channeling their raw, unfiltered energy into a torrent of riffs and roars with a vengeance, having recently dropped their blistering new single 'Shattered', of which the official music video, featuring footage shot on location in Bogota during the quintet's 2025 South American tour with Spanish Metal legends OBUS, is today's Video Of The Day. After a five-year hiatus since their award-sweeping opus, 'Torch Of Rock And Roll', which saw the epic power ballad 'Kickin’ Stones', this brutal anthem marks the latest chapter in The Mighty One’s epic saga, founded in 2007 as lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Tim Steinruck’s solo vision, who has also worked and collaborated in the past with both Paul Stanley and Devin Townsend.

    For fans of Guns N' Roses, Aerosmith and Motley Crue, tonight rambunctious South Wales hard rockers Sleazy Money play their 'Sink Or Swim' Single Release Show at Treforest's Green Rooms, of which this dirty, bluesy Rock n Roll track about getting shitfaced and grafting women, is today's self produced (in a photobooth), tongue in cheek, Video Of The Day. Formed in 2024 and hailing from the gritty streets of Merthyr Tydfil, the quartet are already turning heads with their raw, larger-than-life attitude and sound, drawing from ‘80s Glam-Metal and Sunset Strip sleaze, fusing high-octane riffs with anthemic hooks and a wild stage presence that’s impossible to ignore.
