Ahead of his UK tour with special guest Arielle in March and April this year, award-winning South African Blues Rock guitarist and singer-songwriter, Dan Patlansky, releases his highly anticipated new studio album, 'Shelter Of Bones', on Friday 25th February by Virgin Music Label and Artist Services, and for today's Podcast Of The Day, we turn the clock back to November 2018, when we had the pleasure, once again of interviewing Dan, ahead of his then UK headline tour with support from Gorilla Riot.

Toundra, the instrumental Rock band from Madrid, return from the isolation of their homes, to release their new album, ‘Hex’, via InsideOutMusic, this coming Friday 14th January, and their latest, and first of three singles that form one long piece of music, 'El Odio. "Back at the Prog stage are Finnish Prog heroes The Von Hertzen Brothers. Playing a mix of classic Rock combined with Progressive elements, Folk, Punk and contemporary Rock, the band has a sound for everyone. Guitarist Kie, playing his battered white strat, gets some killer sounds out of his Vox amp with a set that has heavy guitar but also a big keyboard sound that has Rush-like qualities. Led by multi-instrumentalist and composer Jonas Lindberg, Swedish Progressive Rock outfit Jonas Lindberg and The Other Side have signed with InsideOutMusic for the release of their upcoming new album, 'Miles From Nowhere', due out on Friday 18th February, consisting of seven songs, from the soaring 'Summer Queen' (led by Jenny Storm), to the folksy instrumental 'Astral Journey', to the closing title track; a sprawling 25 minute epic which features none other than Roine Stolt (The Flower Kings, Transatlantic) on lead guitar, which is also one of today's 'Thursday Rocks!'
