- Foster's Come Back 31/3/24
Anglo-Dutch Rock/Pop act The Dave Foster Band will release their third album, ‘Maybe They’ll Come Back For Us’, at the end of May, intriguingly titled and dynamic sounding, it's not only helmed by acclaimed guitarist/multi-instrumentalist Foster and vocalist Dinet Poortman, but also features star turns from Marillion guitarist Steve Rothery, Level 42 bassist Mark King plus ex Big Big Train singer Carly Bryant, of which the first single and opening song from the eight-track album, ‘Sleep Spindles’, is today's Video Of The Day. As well as regular collaborators that include bassist Neil Fairclough (Queen + Adam Lambert), drummer Leon Parr (Steve Rothery Band), pianist Anthony Hindley and string arranger Stephen Boyce Buckley, Foster also plays in the Steve Rothery Band and has recently been a member of leading multinational Prog act Big Big Train.

The Random Earth Project’s debut album ‘Airwaves’ was released just over one year ago and with the follow up still in gestation, creation and craft, ‘Christmas Song’ has been circulating within the REP halls and corridors for some time and nearly hit the ether last year parcelled up for the festivities, so what better alternative than Easter, to unleash this digital single, which is also one of today's six of the best 'Easter Sunday Rocks!' Tracks Of The Day, complemented by five further recent and forthcoming releases from Backward Blue featuring Zach Myers, Miehala, Leather Lung, Gentle Giant and Enquire Within.

Currently touring the USA with support from Poppy and Sullivan King, as well as headlining Derby's Download Festival on Sunday 16th June, alongside other European festival headline slots, multi-platinum headliners Avenged Sevenfold have recently debuted a trippy new epic animated music video for 'Cosmic', which is today's Video Of The Day. Following a grim reaper’s travels on a psychedelic journey, the band's 7½ minute song, comprising M. Shadows, Synyster Gates, Zacky Vengeance, Brooks Wackerman and Johnny Christ, also features the 78-piece San Bernardino Symphony Orchestra, and is taken from their latest album, ‘Life Is But A Dream…’.
