    Following the release of her new album 'Mantras', Katie Pruitt has not only announced a headline show at London's The Garage on Thursday 15th August, but the acclaimed Country singer, songwriter and musician, will also be performing at Stanford Park's The Long Road Festival in Leicestershire on Saturday 24th August, and her latest single, the gloriously cathartic track, 'Self Sabotage', is today's Video Of The Day. Pruitt’s first new album in four years via Rounder Records, 'Mantras' is a profoundly introspective record produced by Jake Finch and Collin Pastore (both known for their work with boygenius and Lucy Dacus) and was recorded at Nashville’s The Shed.

    Solid Entertainments award winning Tuesday Blues at London's 100 Club, takes place again tonight with Backbone Blues Band, Bourbon Street Revival and Adam Sweet, and today's six of the best 'Tuesday Blues Rocks!' Tracks Of The Day not only feature all three of these bands, but also Big River, Connor Selby and Dom Martin & Band, who are all playing this iconic venue over the next three months (pictured).

  • Fat Cat Oliver 29/4/24

    Co-founding member of Grammy Award-nominated roots trio, The Wood Brothers, Oliver Wood will release his second solo album, 'Fat Cat Silhouette', on Friday 14th June via Honey Jar Records/Indirecto Records, of which the album's first single, 'Light and Sweet', is today's accompanying Video Of The Day. The nine-song collection was produced by his Wood Brothers’ bandmate Jano Rix and features a long list of collaborations, including songs co-written with Seth Walker, Sean McConnell and Ric Robertson and guest performances by acclaimed singer/songwriter Katie Pruitt, Los Lobos' Steve Berlin and Marshall Tucker Band's Marcus James Henderson.
