Best known as one half of the Downes Braide Association (DBA) with Geoff Downes (Yes and Asia), as well as being a huge Marc Bolan fan, on the anniversary of Marc’s death and his son Elijah’s birth last Monday, Chris Braide digitally released on Apple, iTunes etc.,, 'There Was A Time - The Songs of Marc Bolan', a heartfelt 11-track album tribute to the legendary T. First signed as a recording artist by Eurythmics legend Dave Stewart in the UK and Atlantic Records in the USA, Braide's passion for Bolan's music began in the late 1980s, when he and his friend Thomo discovered 'Electric Warrior' and became obsessed with the singer's unique voice, style and songs.
