If you wanted proof that the WRC has truly become international - then look no further than when we were contacted recently from Germany in respect of an Israeli version of Andy Twyman! Yes our 'Introducing ...' feature returns with Dani Dorchin (our Vid Of The Day) a songwriter who masters the guitar, harmonica and drums all at the same time as a powerful Blues and Rock One Man Band act. Dorchin is a well experienced musician who played both the Fusion Festival and also warmed up for Patti Smith at the Hohentwiel Festival (pictured) this year. Dorchin's blend of Blues, Garage Rock and Groove is both fresh and raw, combining original lyrics with dirty guitar riffs and simple yet effective rhythm's, leaving the crowd asking for more!

Our Route 66 Track Of The Day features two new tracks submitted by artists who listen to the show! First up is Matt Steady, a singer/songwriter from Leicester plus there is also a track from Brain, a Swedish rock & blues group based in Stockholm! Rory "I Jock - You Rock" Auskerry's show not only includes as promised tracks from Chantel McGregor's new album but also classics from Thin Lizzy, The Rolling Stones, The Who, Van Halen, The Faces, B.B. King, Gun and Airbourne. However, the pièce de résistance is Wrinkly The Silver's request for some Magnum as it was lead singer and WTS's mate Bob Catley (pictured with WTS and Wrinkly The Biker) 68th birthday last Friday! Happy Birthday Bob!

The recent posting of this photo on the Blues On The Marsh Facebook page leaves you in no doubt that the Marshman is supporting Kent as a whole in this year's British Blues Awards! Yes Fleetwood Mac were back at the O2 Arena, London, last night on the latest leg of their 'On With The Show Tour' and our very own roving correspondent Wrinkly The Silver was their to witness it with Mrs. WTS in tow! What makes this tour all the more special is the return of Christine McVie, who has been absent from the band now for sixteen years, along with Stevie Nicks on vocals, Lindsey Buckingham on lead guitar, John McVie on bass and, despite undergoing countless band member changes over the years, drummer Mick Fleetwood has remained a constant. Fleetwood Mac have continued to share quality rock music with fans for almost fifty years now and their classic album 'Rumours' routinely creeps up in the ‘Best Albums of All-Time’ - so watch out for WTS's take on the gig over the coming days. In the meantime our 'Video Of The Day' was taken on the 2014 American leg of their tour.

New albums in abundance this week on Kev Beale's latest 'Blues On The Marsh' podcast including Royal Southern Brotherhood, Rusty Wright Band, The Spin Doctors, Clayton Doley, The Black Sheep, Jackie Payne, Billy Walton Band, Coolhand, Debbie Davis, Paul Butler, The Proof plus the outstanding new album from Mississippi MacDonald and the Cottonmouth Kings. Our 'Track Of The Day' also includes some great oldies in the shape of Albert Collins, Otis Rush and Kev pays his respects to Muddy Waters including tracks from Big Bill Morganfield and Mud Morganfield!

We were pleased to see that WRC favourite's The Laura Holland Band, Robin Bibi, Joe Bonamassa and Laurence Jones are riding high on the latest chart (pictured) based upon airplay during the month by the DJ's in The Independent Blues Broadcasters Association. Loose Moorings rode into Chalk Farm last Valentine's night with only one thing in mind and it wasn't romance!! This was their chance to show the Capital what they were all about and boy did they do that. The WRC gig launched their new album Loose Moorings II and they were in no mood to ease in gently. They opened with a track off their first album - the classic 'Think I'd Be Blue' and that set the tone for their set which included all but two tracks off the new album that were all quality - particularly 'Ride' (our Video Of The Day'). Other highlights were 'Magpie', 'Last Thing I Need' and a trip to the dark side with 'A Crazy Sane'. More of the same tomorrow night please guys!

Talking of WRC Awards, 2014 'Best Tribute' winners Australian Pink Floyd are currently on the UK leg of their 'Welcome To The Machine' tour. They are holding a live backstage Twitter event for one hour at 5pm tomorrow (Saturday 7th March) before they go on stage in Cardiff! Simply tweet your questions to them using the hashtag #whyaussiefloyd

It was good to hear from our Canadian WRC correspondent Jim Harris aka 'Moose On The Loose' and his recent tweet spreading the word about our revamped website. On the subject of website's - if you want to keep up-to-date with the Canadian music scene then vist Moose's website 'Danger !!! Canadian Content' as it's a must! DCC's current spotlight is on 'The Autumn Stones' and consequently they are our 'Video Of The Day'!

Unfortunately Ruby Tiger has gone down with a viral infection resulting in the loss of her voice. As such she has had to pull out of her show at The Tuesday Night Music Club tonight. At this late stage it was impossible to schedule an alternative artist (and more importantly give them the promotion they deserve) - so there will be no TNMC this week. We wish Ruby a swift recovery but the good news is that next Tuesday 31st May at Hooley the magnificent Kareña K (Vid Of The Day) and her band will be performing and the WRC will be there!
