Carl Palmer, among the most renowned drummers in Rock history and a founding member of both ELP and ASIA, stopped off with his extensive 'Emerson, Lake & Palmer Lives On' World Tour at London's Under The Bridge last night. A musical celebration of his late band mates Keith Emerson and Greg Lake, we were treated to ELP instrumental Rock classics including 'Tank', 'Hoedown', 'Lucky Man', 'Tarkus' and of course 'Fanfare For The Common Man'. A bold, new arrangements of the best-loved instrumental music of ELP, and other composers, the gig was complemented by a multi-media experience combining music and video projection. A red-hot power trio, featuring of course Palmer on drums and percussion, guitarist Paul Bielatowicz (pictured) and bassist Simon Fitzpatrick - check out today's Video Of The Day.
