Given a script by a Texas screenwriter and asked to score a film about near-global extinction, the movie has yet to be made but the music lives on in the form of '79 A.E.', Clouds Taste Satanic's ninth album, out next Friday 1st March on Majestic Mountain Records, of which this soundtrack to the apocalypse features their trademark Heavy Progressive Instrumental Doom, such as the opener, 'Collision', that's also one of today's six of the best 'Wednesday Rocks!' Tracks Of theDay complemented by five further recent and forthcoming releases from Dez Dare, Koitos, Erich Zann Ensemble, Wax Mekanix and Savage Republic.
