Comprising Scooter Brown and Donnie Reis, the emotional lyrics tell a story of a man reflecting on his self-destructive habits and struggle to make positive choices, with the music video being filmed at Mickey’s Tavern in East Nashville, Tennessee, that visually captures the theme of someone caught in a cycle of destructive behaviour, dealing with self-awareness, regret and a desire to break free from negative patterns.
