Guitarist, songwriter, producer, engineer and Tennessee Soul man Steve Cropper was the DNA that coursed through the post-war era, his fabled right hand setting the pace of Rock ‘n’ Roll for 60-plus years, and following his sad passing last December, on Friday 28th August via Provogue/Artone Label Group, Steve Cropper & The Midnight Hour will release 'Watching The Tide', comprising twelve tracks that also feature guest appearances such as Eric Clapton, of which that particular collaboration on 'Ticket First' is one of today's six of the best 'Tuesday Rocks!' Tracks Of The Day, complemented by five further recent and forthcoming releases from A Cold Paradise, Sartori, Sönus, Gho$$ and North Sea Echoes.
