Ahead of their Bristol Exchange debut headline show on Thursday 4th June, as well as delivering a razor-sharp twin-guitar attack locked to galloping rhythms and melody-forward hooks, yesterday UK Heavy Rock quintet Toys That Bïte released their eleven-track debut album 'You Have Been Warned', via Scare Bear Records, of which the band's eponymous album track is today's Video Of The Day. Rooted in classic Heavy Rock but driven by modern bite, 'You Have Been Warned' is built on punchy tempos and choruses designed for crowd participation, as well as a nod to the influences of Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Aerosmith and Dio, albeit the focus being firmly on momentum and songcraft rather than nostalgia.
