Following their debut, 'Pure Organic', and after two years of dedication, last month German sophisticated Rock, Metal, Alt-Rock quartet, Neocracy, independently released their second album, 'Who To Blame?', although not wanting to be pigeonholed, the nine brand new songs feature clear female vocals from Franziska Stolze, contrasted by growls from bassist Tim Pannek, as well as his brother Volker on guitar and Konrad Patzig on drums, of which the opener, 'Revenge', is also one of today's six of the best 'Thursday Rocks!' Tracks Of The Day, complemented by five further recent and forthcoming releases from Komodo, Saint Slaughter, Librarians With Hickeys, The Chronicles of Manimal and Samara and Drownship.
