Recommended by our WRC correspondent Oz, and originally known as “The Dogshark Blues Band”, this Yorkshire outfit's natural inclination towards Rock with a heavy Blues influence, such as Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin and The Doors, saw them consciously move away from the more Trad Blues scene, and last October, exactly two years after their formation, and now known simply as Dogshark, they released their lucky thirteen-track debut album, 'Earth is Not Room Enough', of which their very first album single, 'Blockchain', is also one of today's six of the best 'Thursday Rocks!' Tracks Of The Day, complemented by five further recent and forthcoming releases from Vazum, Mihrax, Nightblade, Heartkiller and We Lost The Sea.
