The Kids Are Alright 19/9/19

A week ago, Geoff Carne & The Hatz released their latest EP 'The Kids', which includes four different versions of the Robbie & Kylie classic - today's Track Of The Day. On the road, Geoff is armed with vocals and guitar while Mick provides the beats with drums/percussion, giving a fresh direction to the Blues based British Rock genre, lying somewhere between the Classic Rock/Blues of Bad Company, the alternative Blues of The White Stripes plus the Black Rebel Motorcycle Club - hence the Indie Rock/Blues tag they've acquired. Their next gig is at Wolverhampton's Codsall Beer Festival on Saturday 5th October at 4pm, whilst the following day at 7.30pm, Geoff will be doing a live solo acoustic and interview on Sue Marchant's 'Big Night In' on BBC Cambs, Essex, Suffolk & Norfolk.
