The Boys Were Back In Town! 19/3/17

Another Friday night and yet another awesome gig in London - albeit on a night when England's capital turned green. And not only was it St. Patrick's Day, but it just happened to be Black Star Riders and Thin Lizzy guitarist Scott Gorham's birthday - with not just one, but two choruses of 'Happy Birthday' afforded to the legend from the BSR faithful. With Gun, Backyard Babies and BSR on The Forum bill, it was great value on an evening that also saw BSR frontman Ricky Warwick receive their Planet Rock Best British Album award for 'Heavy Fire' on behalf of the band.
