Lynyrd Skynyrd brought its Last Of The Street Survivors Tour to a very hot Wembley Arena in London last night with great support from Status Quo and Massive Wagons. The Rock and Roll Hall of Famers are currently saying farewell to fans across Europe and the U.K. with a nine-city trek, armed with a catalogue of over 60 albums, sales beyond 30 million worldwide and their beloved classic American Rock anthems, 'Sweet Home Alabama' and 'Freebird'. Indeed it was an honour to witness the last throes of a cultural icon that appeals to multiple generations, carrying a steely mantle forged in the sweaty confines of the Hell House in Jacksonville decades earlier.
