Supersuckers’ mighty 13th studio album ‘Play That Rock ‘N’ Roll’ was released last Friday on Steamhammer/SPV, and to coincide with its release, check out our Photo Gallery here (courtesy of Bruce Biege) of the first night of their seven-date UK headline tour at London's 100 Club last Sunday, which concludes at Pershore's Iron Road this Saturday 15th February. Tracked over the course of four sweltering days at Willie Nelson’s Austin, Texas, studio, ‘Play That Rock ‘N’ Roll’ rocks with an amphetamine intensity, delivering muscular riffs, big choruses and more than a few tricks up its sleeve. Raw, immediate and often times hilarious, it's an album a band makes after slugging it out on the road for thirty years (barring a one year hiatus while vocalist Eddie Spaghetti battled throat cancer).
