Founded by multi-instrumentalists Nicolò and Federico Vese, Italian Progressive Metal duo Asymmetric Universe has carved out a distinct space in the modern instrumental scene with a sound that seamlessly blends the aggressive intensity of Metal with the rich harmonies and improvisational spirit of Jazz Fusion, and on Friday 29th August, via InsideOutMusic, the band will release their debut album, 'A Memory And What Came After', of which the opening track, ‘Coquelicot’, featuring a guest appearance from Haken’s Richard Henshall, is also one of today's six of the best 'Saturday Rocks!' Tracks Of The Day, complemented by five further recent and forthcoming releases from Rare Breed, Spin Class, Elmsfire, Celeste Corsano and Wanted.
