Finnish Heavy Fuzzrock outfit Craneium's latest stand alone single and today's Video Of The Day, 'Sands Of Gold', was written during the sessions for the four-piece's last album, 'Unknown Heights' (2021), that oozes Heavy Blues Rock, desert sand and gasoline. But it’s more than a Heavy Rock tune with a lot of drive, it’s also a song filled with hope. Blending classic riffing with dynamic atmospheres through a constant ebb and flow of light and heavy, the band formed back in 2011 in Turku, explore the vast underground and draw influence from the 70s Hard Rock, 90s Desert Psychedelia and their many masters.
