Dona Oxford - The Queen Of Boogie Woogie - for one night only from the USA - visits the The Eel Pie Club, The Patch, 67 London Road, Twickenham TW13SZ tonight. This will be Dona's final UK gig for the foreseeable future and it promises to be a very special night. An extraordinary, soulful and passionate singer, songwriter and keyboardist, her Old School, Soul vocals and her love of Rock 'n' Roll piano infuses to create a unique sound many have compared to "Gladys Knight meets The Rolling Stones". As a keyboardist, Dona has played with many Rock and Blues legends and her high energy, funky, groovy, gritty and raucous sound will no doubt get the Eel Pie faithful on their feet and dancing in the aisles.
