Coinciding with last year's much-deserved induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, as well as being approved and fully supported by the legendary Blues and Rock musician before his sad passing last July, today sees the release via Madfish of 'John Mayall - The Second Generation (Live Magic 1968-1993)', a 30-CD deluxe boxset celebrating Mayall’s remarkable career, comprising a new collection of previously unreleased live concerts that features sound-desk and audience recordings capturing a host of lineups, of which the opener 'Dust My Broom' is also one of today's six of the best 'New Releases Friday Rocks!' Tracks Of The Day, complemented by five similarly timed album releases today from Leverage, Max Rael, Joe Hodgson, Mojave Phone Booth and Charlie Nieland.
