English writer, comedian and musician Neil Innes sadly died on Sunday at the age of 75. We fondly remember him firstly appearing in 1968 with the Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band on the weekly Thames Television children's television series Do Not Adjust Your Set which also featured future Monty Python members Eric Idle, Terry Jones, Michael Palin and Terry Gilliam. As they say, the rest is history as he went on memorably to collaborate with Monty Python and also played in The Rutles.
